What shipping options do you offer?
We're based in the UK, but we ship worldwide.
We offer free UK standard shipping from £100 and free international standard shipping from £180.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We process and ship orders Monday to Friday, excluding local or national holidays. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Your order may take longer to ship if we're experiencing high order volume. Once packaged and sent, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been dispatched. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created.
Orders within the UK are usually fulfilled and received within 48 hours. For our European customers, delivery can take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days, while orders to the rest of the world typically take between 5 to 7 business days from the time of fulfilment.
What are your shipping options for UK orders?
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked48, and you can find shipping rates at checkout.
What are your shipping options for international orders?
When checking out, you can select your country and view our international shipping rates. To ensure the safe delivery of all orders sent outside the UK, we use the Royal Mail International Tracked service. Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping information email, including all relevant details.
Will I have to pay international customs tax/charges?
International customs taxes or fees can vary and are beyond our control. If you have any questions, we suggest reaching out to your local customs office for more information. It's important to keep in mind that the prices shown on our website do not include any additional fees that may be added when your order arrives in your country. However, don't worry, we're here to help if you have any questions or concerns during the shipping process.
What if I need to change the delivery address on my order?
If you need to change the delivery address prior to your order being shipped, please contact us straight away by emailing hello@aquilaebrand.com.
Unfortunately, if you have already received a dispatch email telling you that your order is on its way there's nothing we can do. If necessary, you may be able to reach out to the delivery service using the provided tracking number to make arrangements for a change of address. However, please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or undelivered items that may result from such changes.
Additional Information
Please note that the shipping prices listed on our website do not cover the cost of returns from either UK or international locations. You will be responsible for the shipping fee when returning items to us for a refund or exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, we will happily cover the shipping fee back to you.
